The Community of Serfaus
Serfaus is situated at 500 m above sea level in the province of Tyrol. The community has 1.180 inhabitants and covers an area of 59,6 km².

Mean annual temperature is 7,5 degree Celsius, annual precipitation is 710,7 mm. Rainfall is at its highest in August at 121,9 mm, at its lowest in December at 24,4 mm. It’s warmest in August, coolest in January.

Situated way above the valley of the Inn, Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis are the perfect places to spend family holidays. The whole family will be thrilled by the great number of activities.
This extensive ski region offers 187 piste kilometres to suit all abilities. 70 modern lifts take you from 1200 m to 2800 m. There are special carving pistes and two big fun parks for snowboarders. A total of 132 kilometres of perfect cross-country ski trails is available between Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis.

This Tyrol ski area really looks after the children. Child-friendly hotels, children’s ski school and ski-runs specially designed for the needs of children provide optimum conditions. The inner alpine climate, which provides mostly dry and good weather, completes the perfect family holiday.
The offer in summer is absolutely fantastic: hikes between Lazid and Fisser Joch, mountain biking tours on 35 marked routes or strolls through beautiful scenery. Recreation is guaranteed on enjoyment hiking trails with great view.
Children really like it here: in the Serfaus adventure worlds they can observe marmots or solve mysteries along an adventure hiking trail. The brave ones will love the Fiss Fun Park: fly through the mountain with 80km/h or try the Skyswing.
