The Carezza ski area (1182 - 2337 m) is located in the South Tyrolean Dolomites and can be reached from Bolzano in 15 minutes by car. Nestled in the Valley of the Egg, Carezza Ski is one of the sunniest and most family-friendly ski areas in South Tyrol. In addition to some 40 kilometers of fun slopes, ski guests enjoy a fantastic view of the legendary Rosengarten, which, together with the Latemar, is one of the most beautiful mountains in the Dolomite. Cross-country skiing, sledding, snowshoeing and winter hiking trails round out the winter recreational activities.
An average of 8 hours of sunshine per winter day is recorded in Carezza and Lake Carezza. Thus, the Carezza ski area is an ideal holiday and destination resort for every sunbather and skier.
By no later than mid-May hikers and climbers are drawn to Eggental in South Tyrol, internationally known to them as an El Dorado.
