Drimmelen is a municipality in the Dutch province of North Brabant, located at the river Amer. The municipality covers an area of 119.20 square kilometers and has approximately 26,700 residents.
One of the best beach restaurants on the North Sea, the More Itz, is located right in the National Park De Biesbosch, north of Breda and only 20-30 minutes away from Roosendaal, Tilburg and Den Bosch. In addition to two outside bars, an outside kitchen and a small beach, More Itz also offers conference and meeting rooms, where business can perfectly be combined with the private. From anywhere you have a wonderful view over the water out to the Biesbosch while staying in a mundane après ski hut by the water. It's fashion, interior design and lifestyle in one.
The marina Biesbosch looks back on a long history of success. Started as a historic fishing port of Drimmelen it now has 1,400 modern moorages and has become one of the largest inland ports in Europe.
The National Park De Biesbosch, situated in the north of Drimmelen, covers an area of about 9,000 hectares. Perfect for exploring the nature reserve by foot, bike or canoe.
