The Austrian town of Langenlois sits at the river Danube in the Wachau region of Lower Austria. The town belongs to the Krems-Land district located at the eastern edge of Waldviertel at the end of Kamptal. Kamptal is famous for its excellent wines. Perfect soil and a mild climate make sure of ideal conditions for winegrowing. Langenlois covers an area of 67.08 km² and is home to 7,550 people.
