Where is Bad Schwanberg?

The Austrian market town of Bad Schwanberg sits in the heart of Styria, the region is also known as “Schilcherland“. Schilcher wine is made from the dark-skinned Blauer Wildbacher grapes mostly grown in the south-western part of Styria. Only Schilcherland ranging from Gundersdorf to Eibiswald via St. Stefan, Greisdorf, Stainz, Bad Gams, Wildbach, Deutschlandsberg and Schwanberg has the ideal soil and weather for the growth of Blaue Wildbacher grape.
