Where is the community of Calw?

The Baden-Württemberg town of Calw is located in the Nagold Valley south of Pforzheim and west of Stuttgart and is often referred to as Hermann Hesse town as the very popular writer and Nobel Prize Winner for Literature was born here. Places of interest are the lovely Old town and its historic market place as well as Nikolaus Bridge with a Hermann Hesse sculpture. The spa resorts of Bad Teinach - Zavelstein and Bad Wildbad are not far away.
