Where is Hriňová?
The town of Hriňová, which is over 200 years old, is located in the middle, i.e. directly in the heart of Slovakia and has about 7,400 inhabitants. It is situated on the upper course of the Slatina River and forms the transition from the Zvolenská kotlina basin to the Poľana Mountains in the north and Veporské vrchy Mountains in the east of the town.
