In winter, the largest ski area in the Bernese Oberland offers a wide range of snow sports. Beginners and pros alike will find the best conditions in the Silleren-Hahnenmoos, Engstligenalp, TschentenAlp, Elsigen-Metsch, Lenk Bergbahnen, Kandersteg and Jaunpass areas. The Gran Masta Park at Hahnenmoos is particularly popular with snowboarders and freestylers, with a variety of runs and jumps. Additional action is provided by the Audi Skicross Parks, including at Silleren in Adelboden and at Betelberg Lenk. Here, winter sports enthusiasts can compete with friends in steep turns and over waves. Away from the pistes, numerous winter hiking trails, cross-country ski trails and toboggan runs invite you to enjoy the snow-covered landscape from a different perspective. For the more adventurous, ice climbing, snow tubing and airboarding offer unforgettable experiences.
Adelboden has proudly hosted the International Adelboden Ski Days since 1967.
