Afers is a small, picturesque village in South Tyrol and is located in the municipality of Brixen in Italy. It is somewhat secluded, around 15 km from the town of Bressanone/Brixen, and the surrounding mountain landscape ensures peace and relaxation. Adventure vacationers will not miss out here either: there is a wide range of activities, both in summer and winter. The village - with St. Georg as the main town - has around 620 inhabitants and is located at 1,500 m above sea level in the Aferer Valley on the road to the Würzjoch and Kofeljoch.
